Astounding bad when the store opens until 5pm and ALL, and the emphasis here is on ALL, left at 4.30pm?no managing expectations so leaving a voicemail for any customers visiting to pick up orders?who aren?t local?wasting their time, effort and petrol?totally unacceptable?is this the sloppy service Rohan believe is ok???

Good gear (at high prices)... really hard to find this place! No clues in the address, no signage, no listing at points of entry... the only visible sign is when you've actually found it. (2nd floor, through the restaurant, turn L, turn R erm, follow the signs oh hang on there aren't any)
