Chips were barely warm. Quarter pounder with cheese was pretty sorry looking and like the chips should have been much hotter. Staff were friendly though, just the food is a let down. Also chips were barely salted too which is fine for me.

My child was in floods of tears because it's not clear at all which meals come with which Minecraft toys but I was not allowed to buy the toy separately and they had already had a happy meal with a different toy but they wouldn't let me even exchange it.

Delivery was great.
I've just ordered a large big mac meal with chocolate milkshake. The milkshake tastes like cheap toothpaste, looked like chocolate but defo not see any chocolate flavour. I really really hope it wasn't mixed with mint because I have a bad reaction to anything that is fake mint chocolate based. Also no straw or serviettes do these come on request now not as a necessity. Oooo the milkshake is defo mixed my insides are churning which end first. Thanks for making me poorly I order through your App and I want my money back.

Ordered on justeat. Half the food was missing. When I called they weren't much help. Told me to collect the missing items, if I could visit I wouldn't need to order delivery! Awful service and they don't care!

The last 4 times I?ve ordered from this McDonald?s I?ve ended up with either half my order, missing items from meals or whole meals being left out. It?s becoming abit of a joke also no condiments ever get put in when they?re on the order.

This has to be the worst branch in the U.K. Ordered via the app and just eat. For the last few years. There is always something missing. Its not even easy to get a refund. I've manged this on a couple of occasions. But tonight Is a disgrace. 6 chicken nuggets, a chilli double cheeseburger and a cookie. This cannot just be a mistake? The amount of money they must be keeping by not fulfilling orders must be insane. How this franchise is allowed to continue is a joke. But hey. Its franchise. So as long as McDonald's keep churning out the adverts. It makes no difference. The funny thing is there is a billboard nearby this branch of a picture of a frie and milkshake saying the Rogue One. NO!!! The Shipley branch is a Rogue One.

I order on JUST EAT few time last time they forget to pack some of my food , 3 days ago I order again and again same thing happen they forget to give my one of my food . It horrible . Staff should double check the orders not just making everything fast that why I don?t order from there often no more . People are paying food & order and they don?t even get it of course no one will be happy . They will lose customer. Am that kind of person that I don?t give bad reviews but this is unbelievable ?
