Over the Christmas period, we have been in the Max Spielmann Shipley store several times. We had the pleasure of being served by Shelley. Shelley is a true asset to the organisation. Even when the store has been busy, she has been friendly, helpful, polite, and patient. Her advice and experience supported us in creating fabulous Christmas gifts for family members. Visited enterprise 5 branch, Bradford and was helped by Amanda on Saturday afternoon. She helped us with ID photos and also some photo prints I took of my daughters prom, helped choosing size and frames too. Most helpful and patient. Trusted the brand for my passport photos, but turned out to be an awfull experience. The quality of the photos was very low and eventually rejected by the Officers. Was promised full refund only to receive ignorant response and racist comments from the lady who is in charge of the store. Contacted customer services, but no response. Please please please, ignore Max Spielmann especially if you have an ?alien? passport - there are quite a few independent photographers out there who are TRUE professionals and to whom you can rely on.

Horrible experienceThe girl at the desk was ill mannered, disrespectful and rude.She didn't know how to deal with customers.She was giving me instructions like I work for her Do this, Do that in a rude manner. Finally, I left the shop without the print out because she was too busy on her phone.Zero customer serviceI will suggest her to go to the Shipley college to do one day Customer Service Course to improve her customer service.No wonder why she got a cornor shop job.
