Manager walked in in front of me and let the door swing in my face. He then did the same with the second door, I shouted a sarcastic thanks in his direction and he shouted something abusive back! Charming. I about turned and decided to get food elsewhere.

Had to wait ages and finally got the meal and the order was wrong. Everyone having issues with orders. When I had to take my meal back because they hadn?t put the extra fillet in my rice box, they didn?t offer an apology. It took 40 minutes to get my meal. The communication is terrible as well.

£8 for a tiny fillet burger which was cold! Fries that tasted of curry! Waited in car park for 10mins they are serving all the uber and just eat drivers that?s the problem, never again

Undercooked meat, rude staff, dirty premises

Parts of the order missing. Rude, impolite staff that can barely string a sentence together and clearly aren't interested in repeat custom. Ended up throwing the food in the bin.

Terrible rushed service. The guy wasn't listening at all. Then gave us a random bucket of god knows what completely wrong and flat cold after waiting in the carpark for 15 minutes ?

Was nice enough but let down by not having coffee. Really don't understand why all branches of KFC don't do hot drinks.

Not for the 1st time a KFC fail to get an order correct at drive through. 1 whole meal missing. Check your order before driving away.

Food OK but had to wait 10 minutes for it. Not very generous with chicken portions or sauces. Been to better KFCs.

I called in here for a quick lunch staff were ignorant all chatting amongst themselves ignoring customers I got the box meal bit into a hot wing crispy outside tasted strange inside it was pink I discarded it and eat the prices of chicken drink etc through night woke up shivering feeling ill for the next 8 days I was off work weak didn't eat for 7 days lost a stone and half I'm self employed so 1000s in work cancelled doctors finally got my results back campylobacter from uncooked poultry I got a letter of council about as doctors informed them so hopefully they get a visit need shutting down

KAN'T FOOKIN COOK chicken!! Worst KFC I've ever had! Ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket, the chicken tasted foul and like a dirty chip pan so couldn't eat it. £5 refund offered (basically paid £13.99 for 4 cold fries).
No doubt this will get a insincere response hoping I'll give them another go! Absolutely not!!
