I?m so glad I chose Maxfields to sell my house. Right from the start Karen was friendly, helpful, empathic and realistic. Her expertise in the local market was invaluable. Once offers were received, her guidance was wise and fair. The buying/selling process turned out to be protracted and difficult (solicitors!) On countless occasions, Karen, Andy and Robert provided a sympathetic ear, both by email and in person, and a steadying hand. They were a tremendous support to both me and my buyer throughout a very stressful experience. I would have struggled without them. They went more than the extra mile for me and did far more than I expected to support me through the process, both practically and emotionally.I hope I never have to move again! But if I did, I?d certainly use them again and I highly recommend their services.

A brilliant estate agents who have a dedicated and professional team, there to lend a hand every step of the process from house hunting, managing the property during tenancy to moving out. Their customer service is above and beyond, would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move to Saltaire.

An absolute diamond of an estate agent, they're matchmakers for house-hunters! We sold/bought through them the last time we moved, so there was no doubt in our minds when we were ready to go again. Karen, Andy and Robert are an absolute joy to deal with, always happy to go the extra mile and offer friendly, honest and no-nonsense advice. They found the perfect home for us (in a verrrry tricky market and competitive area) and I've no doubt that if it weren't for them, we still wouldn't have moved. 100% recommend!

The service at KM Maxfield is second to none. We have recently sold our house and throughout some turbulent market conditions. Karen and Andy were always on hand to answer any queries (of which we had a lot of!) and give us the advice and reassurance we needed. They are friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I used K M Maxfield for both letting and selling. I cant emphasise enough how supportive, helpful and friendly they were through both processes from beginning to end. And we let for 5 years.Later, my mum was selling in huddersfield and we had a couple of issues that they helped us out with completely free of charge over the phone. Super staff and buisness.Strongly recommend.

I can not thank Karen, Andrew & Robert enough for the advice, service and support they offered a very close family friend on the recent sale of her Property. They are professional, diligent and commercial. However, in this scenario what was needed was a great deal of empathy (and time) and this was given freely. The whole team were outstanding from the initial valuation appointment through to the day of Completion. They are unrivalled in the local market.
