Absolutely terrible! Only vegan sausage rolls and chicken bakes and no sandwiches at all, this is at 12:30 so you?d think everything would be stocked up for lunch rush, staff are slow and rude too!!

Festive bake ! Well well I tried the festive bake yesterday and I was surprised how good the crispy pastry was but the filling was predominantly a stodgy texture not good at all, will not be having another one.

Better book half an hour out of your day if you want to come here. You will be waiting that long, never once not had to queue outside of the door and there is always someone stood behind the tills twiddling there thumbs.

Don?t appreciate having someone?s beard hair literally cooked into my pasty though. Noticed dough was soggy and undercooked before I noticed the hair.

Generally speaking Greggs is fine, but this last week or so has been disappointing. Staff are usually very good but, one too busy talking to the customer behind me, to get my order right and over charged me. Refunded the money, but I was given a hot chocolate instead of the cappuccino that I ordered. Had to throw it out and go get another one. Today, I was charged full price for another coffee, instead of getting the discount for taking my reusable cup! Might stop going to Greggs.

I was very impressed with how well organised they were in what is a fairly small outlet. The staff were friendly but efficient working together well to keep the line moving.This visit stood out from other Greggs outlets we frequent. We done to all the staff there.

I have given this store a score of 2 stars, not because of the food as that was up to it's usual great standard. I was disgusted on the state of the store. The outside where the tables were, was full of wrappers and leftover food all over the floor, plus cigarette butt's. The inside was not much better, all of the tables were leftdirty and people were having to wipe them off before they could sit down, plus the bin was overflowing. Come on Greggs, it only takes 2 minutes to wipe a table and remove rubbish. You could of had 5 stars.

Staff working on 25/08/23 refused hot drink on O2 priority Friday/Saturday- because it only stated free pasty or roll- but in terms and conditions- it also states ?or any sized hot drink?.One of staff scanned voucher and stated it had expired- but hadn?t been used before.Staff have been working there a while so should know basic operating procedures of dealing with vouchers and what foods are included/not.We pay a lot of money to 02 on a monthly contract- to benefit from these perks and they are not free as such.I will be complaining to head office.
