Service was extremely slow, only two staff on shift who were more bothered about chatting than serving. One disappeared leaving one staff member to serve. Waited nearly 10 minutes to be served, asked if there was anyone serving. The staff member came back and was very rude and abrupt with me.
Sent a complaint to their head office via their app, notified one staff member about this and asked them next time I am there to serve me a lot quicker than today.
The whole experience was appalling and very upsetting for myself as I was not treated as a customer, more of an inconvenience, I felt let down by the whole team.

Out of all the costa coffee shops this one has the friendliest staff I've been to , always warm and welcoming, lovely place also to sit and watch the world go by , clean and tidy too ?

Had a new starter on, staff wasnt helping her when she was clearly struggling told her to ?be faster?. For a while it was okay until there was a smash on the floor, an older man with a walking stick was forced to carry his own tray with a hot drink and food on, ultimately he dropped the boiling hot drink tray food etc they could have easily taken it over for him. Staff was completely rushed off her feet. Costa should have been more prepared with extra staff on hand there was 2 the new starter and the professional.

This is my favourite coffee shop in Bradford. Staff are attentive, welcoming and efficient, when you walk through the doors you leave the madness of Shipley. The shop is always clean and tidy, with flavourful aromas wafting through the air, emitting tranquility and relaxation. I?m always greeted with a smile, with as much speed as they can afford, this place is always busy. I was served by a small boy called Shauny, they were working hard juicing beans and creaming dream hot chocolates, they?re always lovely, kind and fun. Every person on the staff is amazing, Big Nic always has a joke, Pippy has the best side eyes, the new staff are lovely too.
For me, this is the best place to escape the home office.

Lovely Oasis in the centre of town. Spacious. Good open views. Friendly staff. Nice to watch the world go by with a proper coffee. One of the best Costa coffees anywhere
