Shocking and disgusting behaviour towards a gentleman who did nothing wrong,but empathized the wonderful lady at the till who was in a vulnerable personal moment. Treat your employees with respect, allow them 2-3 minutes of a break to take a deep breath and STOP GASLIGHTING YOUR CLIENTS. After this incident, I won't be coming back, Lidl and Aldi down the road with better prices and much more polite staff.

A lot of the time out of stock. Organic Avacados usually good size but most of the time they come tiny at the same price. Hardly anyone working in shop floor to help u out. I?m glad Shipley home bargains and lidle have opened. Their organic sections is empty most of the time. It?s hard to find someone to help u. For some reason this store always has long queues at customer service for cigarettes, lottery,etc it's not because there busy it's because the staff are too busy yapping to colleagues,I visited on 9th July one staff member laughing and joking with what seemed like a supervisor who had had a ear peice in there 2 customers at the time including me by the time they finished the yapping there was 10 the supervisor said if you need help don't call me call someone else and laughed I think she's forgot she management and ther to help customers not stand about yapping and trying to be funny

Closed at 15:30 not 16:00 due to till update. Unsatisfactory customer service. turned away loads of customers. This This Asad is getting worse. Checked online and no notification of an early closure. Will not be coming to this Asda anymore.

Very pleased with the supermarketClean and tidy well laid out easy to find products, staff on the floor to heip if needed.Good selection of products at very good prices with a price match to other stores.Tills were well staffed no long queue.Did notice some of the self service were not working but I don't use them.All in all a very good shopping experience
