I had a very good experience here yesterday at the brunch buffet food was amazing waiters were less but they were extremely fast and attentive the young lad looked after us my mum even thanked him for looking after us we came from Birmingham so was a long drive for us thanks you for the great experience will definitely be back.

To be honest, the food wasn?t all that service was very poor price was to high wouldn?t recommend taking kids my daughter hardly ate under 5 and l got charged full price for her absolutely shocking called the branch advised to call back at 4pm rang back at 4pm.
No one picked up avoid at all costs.

Went for a bday meal with hubby and kids and asked for tandoori chicken to be mild since it was for kids came out after 20 mins that too uncooked. Habib the manager asked whether we wanted food all at once or as its made we said all together but had to wait another 20-25 mins after the 20 mins wait for starters. Absolutely horrible service. Rizwan and habib both served us and later when we tried asking for drinks they wer to busy having a little gossip at the front desk and the whole restaurant was empty so there was no reason for the delay of service by staff or delay of food. When we told habib that the chicken is undercooked he tood us we wer wrong and its not since its chicken breast yet it wouldnt cut in half with a butter knife. Absolutely horrible service and food.

I had the break fast brunch was not impressed at all the food was cold and tasted old also was highly disappointed in the service by the waiters they were very rude and hostile and not at all approachable and the food was of poor quality not fresh and did not taste very nice

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely lovely with a great selection to choose from?something for everyone. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were especially thoughtful in looking after our 2-year-old, making it a very family-oriented and comfortable place to dine. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for great food and warm service!

Staff seemed indifferent to customers questions/requests etc.
Have had good experiences here in the past so not sure what's changed.

Haven't dined inside for a while, only ordered takeaways in recent years. Had a lovely family meal tonight at the restaurant, a la carte (not buffet). Great tasting food, lots of it. All well served and looked after. Would recommend.

I had the buffet at Aagrahs and was expecting to be disappointed as I saw many reviews stating the buffet wasnt great. The food was tasty and catered to the needs of diverse groups. While the food was nice I do think they could improve their selection. The customer service was on top and definitely better than Aagrahs Midpoint where the waiters seem to run away. The atmosphere was nice and calm and overall a chill environment.

Hats offf to them got to be the worst place I have ever been ??. Just had 2 bites of the starters and I was enough for me to leave and still got charged full price on the buffet ??.

Honestly I had a pretty rough experience here. I have never seen so much oil in my food before. I felt off as soon as we?d eaten, and by the time we got home I was sick straight away. All of the oil had come back up. I don?t recommend this place at all
