“had a lash appointment today with millie. i'd had a really awful experience at another shop in town and am going on holiday tomorrow, she made me feel so much more at ease about the situation and reassured me i had every right to be upset. she took off the extensions and re did them for me all for about £45 which i thought was really reasonable and affordable. she kept checking up during the appointment asking if i needed anything, or if i needed to get up and move at all, it felt like high quality service and worth so much more then what i paid. the lashes look amazing and feel amazing, no irritation. thank you so much for the lovely experience, highly recommend :))”
