She knew exactly what to do to my brows. I was an eye wax virgin and apprehensive but Tanya spoke to me about the procedure and what she would be doing . One extremely happy customer so much so I made a return visit! Best eye brow person in Yorkshire if not The universe !! Xx

I called into the Thorpe Springs Benefit branch in Boots on Saturday 8th July at 15:00 and felt compelled to, for once, fill in this review. A young lady called Fern assisted me. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Benefits products. Although I only bought a mascara today I will be back to purchase more items due to her excellent advice. Thankyou Fern

I always get my eyebrows done at benefit because I love how they are done and how the staff are trained. I hadn't been to this particular branch before and just stopped as I was travelling past. Ruby who did my brows was so lovely and friendly. She has done such a good job of my brows I now don't want to go anywhere else.
I also bought a new benefit concealer which she helped me pick out to match my skin and gave me some great advice on what foundation would be best for me. Well and truly went above and beyond to help me and I will definitely be returning.

Tanya was very lovely and communicative. She explained everything she was doing and when my eye brows was stinging she ease the sting and after the procedure, my eye brow looked like twins. She was so professional and attentive to ensure that my eye brows looks the same and I?m so happy with the result.
