Optician was very professional and informative. I knew what I wanted, but I didn't click with the pushy sales girl. I got my glasses and contacts elsewhere for cheaper and a better after sales service

Excellent service in the Rothwell branch and very knowledgeable staff. The optician was also very knowledgeable and explained in detail about my eyes showing signs of cataracts. She was very reassuring and advised me that it would be some years before I needed treatment and explained that I need to wear sunglasses in the sun as the sun can speed up the cataract which I didn?t know so I?m pleased that I have a chance to do as optician has recommended. The staff we extremely welcoming and fitted my glasses once they arrived .

specsavers Rothwell was very helpful explaining things during my eye test and when choosing glasses they don't use the pushy salesman approach they let you pick then sort them out for you
