Great local restaurant, not a chain. Decent atmosphere for a Wednesday evening. Salute at the white swan is the place to go in rothwell on a night. It’s had a lovely refurb, the food is delicious and the team are just amazing. We were served by Ruby M on Sunday night and she took care of us all night long and made our experience even better. Also top notch latte art skills :) Definitely recommend
