Today I have been for 2 runners for my utility room, had them previously from here and they have lasted for ages.
Was treated to a free cup of coffee in the resteraunt
So that was nice 5mins for myself

More staff is needed to properly stack the shelves. Everytime I visit the shelves are not faced up, constantly have to bend down to see the products pushed to the back of the shelf. Looks very untidy and messy, store often looks like it's the last open day before a 3 day bank holiday where everyone has rinsed everything.

Always friendly helpful staff. Bit annoying having pallets of stock up aisles waiting to be put out but guess this is due to no longer restocking in the evening/night.

This place is definitely going downhill. We used to shop here once a week and loved the salad bar but in the last few weeks its been disgusting. The compartments with the different pasta's in etc are contaminated with the other containers foods and very messy!

It is about time that their customer service operators start speaking unbroken English and start understanding English. This store needs to make sure that the food they sell in date and fresh. They also need to keep their shelves stocked with the products that they say is in stocked and virtually every time I go the price on the receipt is higher than the price on the shelf. Why don't they ever give a lower price at the till than the one on the shelf. They either have to change their management of the store or get more staff and train them properly to improve customer satisfaction and experience of the place. The cafe is totally crap with unclean cups, knives, forks and plates and tables not being cleaned. The whole supermarket is a dump and aldi will be my place to shop in the future.
