Cathy is the absolute best. She doesn?t just do a great job? She greatly cares. She cares you?re happy and that you get the service you want. My nails have never been better because of her skills and I am so thankful for how she always works me into her schedule. I highly recommend Cathy to everyone. She listens to what you want and does everything possible to make it happen.I?m so glad I waited for an appointment rather than going elsewhere.The price is very reasonable for the experience and talent Cathy has. My wife has spent years and years perfecting her salon into offering the best customer experience they could possibly have. It's got one of the warmest, welcoming atmospheres around and I know first hand her clients wishes, expectations and health and safety are of upmost paramount importance to the services she offers. Never again! I specifically asked for an arch on my flat nails. I was very disappointed to see a very thick lump of shapeless gel put on my nails; they are still flat. They look false and unflattering, like a child has done them. She rushed the whole thing in less than an hour. It all seemed very unskilled, and she had the cheek to charge me £38!!? To top it up, i?m noticing hang skin around my cuticles where she cut them! I could have had a much better experience at a Chinese run salon, for half the price!
