I just walked out of this store without even getting the eye test, because it feels like they do not care about customers. I had been into the store in advance to check that I could order new contact lenses which have always come from specsavers in the past. I was told I would need a new eye test and lenses for the lenses review would take 2 weeks to ge ordered. Then on the day she said I had needed to bring the packaging of my lenses and I felt the manager of the store was quite abrasive, accusatory and certainly unhelpful. Its a shame because we have been loyal customers of specsavers in the past but this wasn't the experience I wanted or expected.

Will never ever use this company again. Informed I may require a cataract operation after complaining I could not see in my new glasses from Specsavers. Manager just tweeted the nose bridge & sent me away saying that they may take a bit of time for me to adjust to the new settting. It made no difference, I knew they were fobbing me off. I paid £550 for 2 sets. ( So much for buy 1 get 1 free)
Went for a 2nd opinion to Premiere Vision who said my eyes were quite heathy for my age( (70).
I asked about if I needed a cataract operation, they said what for my eyes are OK and I just needed new glasses.
Asked for a refund which was for £ 550 but got charged £10 for them retesting after my complaint so received £540z Not impressed.

Myself and my daughter both had routine eye test in April. We both ordered new frames and although i received mine within a week I am still waiting to receive my daughters after initally receiving one email to say they were delayed and had to go back to the lab! I went into branch in May because had recieved no update and was told 3-4 days. Now June and on phoning up again (previously nobody answering) told they are available to collect! No communication! Bad customer service. We will not be returning.

I went to Pudsey Specsavers and I must admit that the service I received was second to non. From the day I went in for the test, through the whole process of choosing what extras I wanted for my lenses, ie verifocal/grey tint in sunshine, the huge discounts I received, to the day I picked up my glasses about a week later. 10/10 Specsavers Pudsey. Job well done. I can see clearer and headaches are non existent. Thank you.

After being told my eye test was due I booked an appointment online and completed the survey. Then received a phone call to ask more questions which were the same as the survey. I explained I didn?t have the time to talk and asked if they could just look at the survey answers I had given. Was told that they couldn?t do that and they ignored the fact I didn?t have the time. Cancelled my appointment and have gone elsewhere.

Well, it started off with an eye test. Lenses were going to be changed to the new prescription. When I received them, they weren't right (blurry) Took them back, and asked for a new eye test. I was told this was unnecessary, and they'd reduce the prescription, in other words, a stab in the dark. Went back again, only to find they weren't right again. I was advised to wear them for a week, my answer was NO. If they are not right, then how on earth are they going to be in the future. I eventually got a refund.
I've been to an independent Opticians who told me my prescription was wrong. She also told me that they would have done a new eye test as standard. I've now ordered two new pairs from them. I wouldn't go to Specsavers ever again.
