Love the food, i always get the curry meal deal and order through their website and if the order is over £15 you get a discount, always friendly staff when i go in.

Normally absolutely love this takeaway, but have a bad experience recently. Put an order in which came out of my account and then they emailed to say the order has been declined. I received a phone call 5 mins later saying the money would be sent back. This was the 9th of November! Still no money returned. I?ve rung them a few times in which they said they?d drop it off thar evening and yet still not received the refund.

What an absolute joke of a place. I ordered two of the same curries but one only came the other was different. When I called in and wanted to complain the manager was rude, unpolite and obnoxious. This manager was constantly speaking to me in slang language ?bro? ?Whats wrong bro? ?why you lying bro? ?.. I am not your bro! plus he did not care about my order. I then asked him I wanted to speak to the owner he still said no. I offered him photo evidence of my curry to show him it was incorrect and still he said no. I just wanted to fix it quickly as I had two kids with me who was hungry.They did send out a second curry but I turned it down because the manager did state on the phone the second curry will taste better this time around. Now what does that suppose to mean? as you can tell a lot of things were going in my head after that comment?.I mean he could be going on about spitting in it for all I know. So I turned it down and complained to just eat.The owner did contact me and apologised. I did send him the photo and he said thank you for the feedback which was good off him, exactly how it should be. I think this place has potential just one or two bad apples work here, which is bad for business.

I have been getting curry from here for years, always lovely and fresh.Unfortunately this evening my order arrived and cold, wet chips and the garlic Nan not cooked properly and lacking garlic. I rang Shama and was offered a fresh order so that was positive. I didn?t take the offer of fresh chips etc. just a shame as it?s usually fantastic.

We go here occasionally as its walking distance, chicken is always soft, cooked very well. Japaties are lovely and thin, sauce smooth. However its ALWAYS too spicy hot, even though we ALWAYS ask for mild (hoping to get medium). We would get food more often but it s too spicy or it would have got 5 stars.
