The checkout assistant was unclear with instructions to an older lady being rude and repeatedly shouted saying she could not serve her because she did nit have any change to give her and did not give any advice where to go if you want to pay with cash.She then kept shouting saying ?can i serve the next person now? leaving the elderly lady confused without any actionable support of where she could get served.I believe this is a training issue and the worker should have said ?sorry i am unable to serve you at this counter please go over there to pay with cash?.

While customers understand the pudsey church lane store is currently undergoing a refit, we the residents at the back of the store are not appreateing
the building staff parking on our street! It is parking for residents only, not only have we not been able to have a refuse collection, emergency services would not be able to access the street because of the builders parking either side! There is just enough room for residents and visiting families, also no where for the district nurses to park!

Absolutely rude member of staff this evening, elderly lady with short hair, clearly in a bad mood and doesn't want to be there. Asked me for ID when clearly in work clothes with an ID badge (I'm 35) claims I don't look 25. Asked for the manager and she shouts across the shop floor "I am the manager" never had a problem before bit this persons attitude was absolutely disgusting

Went to collect a large item that I ordered from click and collect today. I asked the staff member if she would help me to my car that was parked directly outside with it, as I had my 6 week old baby with me in a pram and the item couldn't fit underneath. She did help me but was incredibly rude and told me if I couldn't take it to my car myself I should have paid for delivery to my home. Terrible customer service.

Shocked at the total rudeness and embarrassing treatment of the store manager and security guard on duty today at 18.30pm,We were made to feel like criminals, it was so embarrassing as the other customers were laughing...Also what a waste of time phoning the customer service and making a complain because he just brushed it off...Im do angry, I'll never step foot in another Sainsbury's store again. Shocking.

Never get item on collection of Argos. Have to visit Argos always and need to visit 3, 4 times for 1 item. Irresponsible staff.

I have been to this shop about 20 times in 2 years. Today was the 4th time I was unable to shop as I intended because the fridges were out of commission. I find it baffling that such an obvious and recurrent problem has not been resolved when it is so simple to eradicate. I have never encountered this issue anywhere else.

IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER AND NEED TO BUY A RESTRICTED AGE PRODUCT DO NOT COME IN THIS SAINSBURY\\n\\nI visited the shop around 18.20 today, I tried to buy an age restricted product.\\nI presented my document, an Italian driving license.\\nI would like to point out that the cashier acted absolutely fine as he just asked for assistance from his manager, but the manager was very rude.\\nShe barely looked at my driving licence and kept saying it was fake.\\nWhen asked why, she just replied that there was no hologram.\\nBoth me and even the cashier pointed out that there was an hologram there (it is an ITALIAN driving licence so the hologram is not going to be the same as an English driving licence, but apparently this was not obvious) but the woman did not even bother to check and just said \\\"it's too raggedy to see\\\".\\nOf course this doesn't make sense because the driving licence is in PLASTIC.\\n\\nThe situation only moved forward when the British guy that was with me showed his driving licence. And he was believed, of course.\\n\\nNow, what is it Sainsbury saying to me and all the foreigners living on UK soil in this moment? That we cannot shop for restricted products unless we have a British person right next to us?\\n\\nI felt absolutely disappointed by how I was treated today, I definitely won't be back there and I invite foreigners like me not to go there as well, if they don't want to be threated badly.
