A friend of mine was banned unfairly from this shop for an accusation of shoplifting of which he did not commit, and later, I was banned for simply being with him along with my other friend . We requested to see cctv, but they denied it. As well this when we asked to appeal the ban and talk it out, we were also denied because "I don't have time for this."I don't want trouble. I don't want a bad impression. I want to be allowed in the shop.

a woman works in this store, aged women, with a bob black haire, I have seen more than once how she sells alcohol to everyone without asking for a passport-I am a woman of 35 years old, she did not sell me an energy drink, appealing to her because she thinks that I am 25 years old?????grinning in the face when asked why they didn?t ask the girl?s ID before me that she bought alcohol, she just smilesI am not English and I suspect that this is the reason, a very unpleasant woman from whom discrimination is felt on the basis of nationality

Always friendly staff its a local so don't expect loads of lines but all the essentials are there

I am a 49 year old woman and I tried to buy 4 cans of beer on 30th July 2019 from this shop. I was told I had to show some I'd. I do not drive and do not carry my passport around. I have not been asked for ID for many years. What is more the sales lady had a very negative and intimidating attitude. I was extremely humiliated by this experience and I will be looking to take this further.
