worst mcdonald?s to order from on uber the staff clearly don?t care about making customers happy ordered tonight on uber eats, fast food my backside, the food tasted like it it was reheated then left to go cold again chicken nuggets flat cold, chips flat cold and half a portion. my burger was dry cold and stale. Clearly ice machine doesn?t work as my drink was very warm came with no straw and the sauce i ordered with my chicken nuggets were no were to be seen either. In my eyes and working in hospitality the staff do not care about food standers at all

5th time without receipts? I always have to check my order number in display for 3 seconds or I lost it. No coca-cola, staff is not cool when I asked dips for 30£ order? 1 star feedback

This is a smaller than normal unit and at the entrance to a huge supermarket so it gets busy at times. When it is busy, there's very little space to wait.
Waiting times are never that quick and when busy the food has been cold. There is only a single toilet which isn't very nice and quite often closed though there are toilets downstairs in the supermarket.
A few of us meet there on Monday evenings and my biggest beef is that 99% of the time over the last year there have been no milkshakes on offer. It feels like they switch them off just so they don't have to clean them late on. They also close the vast majority of the seating area around 8.30pm and anyone sat near there is made to feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome.
In summary, this place is 'ok' at best but with some care could be so much more.

Don't even go there.Cold food, unhelpful staff.
Delivery drivers use the disabled parking area for their own use. Very arrogant, disrespectful and says everything about the place.Management inside worse than useless on this issue.

One of the workers called Yaz came up to us and kept asking us to do a customer survey which we did and she made us pick the ' highly satisfactory' for everything even when it wasn't highly satisfactory. She made us put down her name on the survey even when she had nothing to do with serving us our server was a man with a beard.

Useless delivery service ask for ketchup turns up without again, suppose I could go collect but what's point of getting delivery and paying the fees if your not Gona get the service you pay for, try ringing and it answered but no one talks unhappy guys if I were a gap buster it wouldnt be good

Terrible, terrible service and food. Chips were cold, not even slightly warm and there was only half a portion. Tried to get the attention of the guy who brought it to our table but no response. Kept trying to get the staff's attention but nothing. As for the burger, it was warmish but all the toppings were in the middle of the burger which was nothing like the display. How expensive is it getting there too? Hardly fast food with a 12 minute wait either.

Asked for a banana milkshake. Got vanilla ?
All the food was cold. I mean like actually colder than room temperature. Some parts of one of the burgers felt like it wasn?t even cooked. No idea why they had me waiting so long in an empty restaurant for undercooked food. Im also wondering who got the rest of my chips ?
Put me off McDonald?s in general for a while. Guess that?s one good thing.

Never had any problems here. Dining area is a bit chaotic and laid out in an unwelcoming manner and it can be hard to find somewhere to sit at times but the food and service are up to standard.

Paid for 40 nuggets and only got 35, I've heard of been 1 nugget short in the past but why one of the boxes only had 16 and the other had 19 is beyond me

Food is okay. Abit cold. Service is bad. I ordered a cheeseburger for my order and never received it. I called McDonald's thousands of times and they don't pick up. Atmosphere is okay.

Not one of the staff wearing a hair net or beard net place is mucky/ rude staff will not be returning I only noticed this as my food had a hair in I went up to complain someone who?s cleans the dining area doing chips whats this place about #jokes
