Moving on...After my experience with Hunters, I can't recommend them, and can only advise you to explore other options for selling your house in Pudsey. At one point I think Hunters had a great reputation, but it appears to me that their standards have slipped in recent times. Perhaps that reputation set a particular expectation about the level of service they would offer, but unfortunately this was seldom met. In-branch communications were not the best (simple things like passing on messages not always done) and I don't think they kept on top of my original buyer sufficiently (who eventually withdrew), nor did they always keep in touch with me about what was happening. When this buyer started to behave strangely (they turned out to be very flaky), I think Hunters could have acted with more conviction, providing more timely advice but things just drifted.When selling a house, Rightmove does make it very easy, but there is one crucial aspect where estate agents need to perform - communications - and this is where I feel Hunters fell short. Even the electronic system they have for viewings doesn't seem very solid.My house was likely over-priced initially, which didn't help, and think other agents perhaps take a more realistic approach to pricing.Consequently, I have switched agents, marketing at a lower price and paying a higher fee, but the difference so far is night and day. My new agents (Manning Stainton) are available 8am-8pm each day, have been the epitome of efficiency so far, and have already given me confidence in their ability.

I highly recommend Hunters Estate Agents. I recently sold my house through them and was very impressed with their professionalism, service, and communication.I initially chose Hunters because they had a good reputation in my area and offered a competitive fee structure. I was also impressed by their marketing strategy and their commitment to getting my property sold quickly and for the best possible price.My agent, Martin, was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the process and was always available to answer my questions. He also provided me with valuable advice on how to prepare my house for sale and how to negotiate with buyers.Hunters managed to sell my house within a few days of it going on the market. I was very pleased with the price that I achieved and I am grateful to Hunters for making the selling process so smooth and stress-free.I would definitely recommend Hunters Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. They are a great team of experienced professionals who are committed to providing their clients with the best possible service.

I recently sold my house with Hunters Estate Agents and I'm so glad I did! They were brilliant from start to finish. The office staff were really helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. They were also great at negotiating on my behalf and got me a great price for my house, actually more than I was expecting :) I would definitely recommend Hunters to anyone looking to sell their home!

Hunters are without doubt the best estate agents in Pudsey, Bramley, and the surrounding areas.I did send the team gifts to share by way of thanking them for their help and assistance as the commission they charged was so reasonable, so I could not recommend their services more highly offering a friendly and professional service with no drama!After a less than positive brief experience with a local agent with the initial MS, I have had the pleasure of dealing with every member of the team in the Pudsey office from the Sales Manager's initial valuation, the sales negotiators, the sales progressers, the office manager, and even the owner of the business helped me through what could have been otherwise a tricky sale to get multiple offers and a swift sale completion.If you listen and take on board their optimistic and still realistic advice you will sell your property for a great price, and likewise I am sure if you are looking to rent they will offer the same great service!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Hunters Pudsey team for a number of years. While renting out my property, both Amie and Lucy were great at staying on top of any issues, and keeping me well informed. When it was time to sell, Emma did a fantastic job of negotiating a strong sale price, and Kirsty was a pleasure to deal with throughout the sales progression. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hunters Pudsey to anyone looking for a quality agency.

The Hunters team managed the letting of our property for two years and did a fantastic job. This was our first experience of renting out our place and they helped us through the process from start to finish. They found us great tennants and ensured a quick and clean check in and check out. Poor communication, poor knowledge. Saw several houses with hunters as a buyer and the agents didn't know any of the questions I asked about the properties. Then after an offer was put in, didn't hear anything back, had to call several times, they sounded tired, busy and seemed v poor upper management.

We bought our house from Hunters as first time buyers. The sales team at Pudsey helped every step of the way with the process, including arranging the finance. We also used Alison Hunter?s mortgage advisor to arrange the funds and she was amazing, really thorough and made us feel well looked after. Would definitely recommend Hunters to anyone looking to buy a house.

We initially dealt with Emma and now Kirsty is dealing with the sales progression - both ladies have been lovely, very knowledgable and easy to get hold of. I can not recommend Hunters, highly enough. Lavinia, was our sale manager her confidence & knowledge of the market & the local area was 2nd to none.She organised viewings even before the house was on their site, within an hour or 2 of leaving our house she had 11 bookings to view our property, which she said she would be able do.We needed a quick sale, Livinia said she'd have it sold within the week, it actually took less than 1 day & we got the full asking price, which she also told us we'd get. All her advice & her predictions were 100% spot on.I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the other members staff at Hunters as everyone I spoke to was superb. Lavinia, explained why she worked for Hunters & what a great estate agent they were, she stressed what a great team she worked with & that was very evident.In summary Hunters were ultra professional & clearly a team that are very proud of their achievements. I wouldn't use any other Estate Agent full 5 Stars from me big well done to all at Hunters???

Many thanks to Kirsty who handled the progression of the sale. She was very effective in helping the vendor clear out the property and the shed so that we had vacant possession. More importantly, she sorted out a plumber to replace a washer as there was quite a leak in the downstairs WC.

Worst experience of my life? avoid like the plague.I?ve never actually written a review before good or bad however my experience with Hunters in the last few days has been horrible.I had an offer accepted in writing on my dream home, after submitting all the documents required and confirming with Hunters every thing was in order I proceeded to submit my mortgage application and appoint a legal team.Imagine my absolute horror a few days later when I receive a call from Hunters stating there was actually another offer and the seller has opted to remove my offer acceptance and go with the other offer instead.Upon lodging an official complaint as to the handling of this I received a call from the Director of Hunters who confirmed that the other offer was indeed received on the same day my offer was made but only logged on there system a few days later. At no point did Hunters let me know there had been a counter offer on the house at no point did they advise me that my offer acceptance was in doubt at all. All the while I?m sat at home blissfully appointing lawyers and submitting mortgage applications and showing my daughter her new house.Really poor communication and epic mis management which has caused me and my family significant emotional distress.
