I ordered some fishing equipment on line as my local go outdoors did not have the things I req in stock when the parcel was delivered I found it to be one item short so I checked the delivery not to see if the item was out of stock but all three items were listed so I called customer services to report the missing item and was told it was packed so I then had to agree to terms and conditions that if I was making a fraudulent claim the police would be involved this is OK but the parcel contained £46 pounds worth of goods and the item i was missing is only worth £3.65 if I was making a fraudulent claim surely it would have been for a lot more all this caused by incompetent picking ?

Went with my daughter and her daughter to look for a sub zero jacket but it had to be waterproof. Eventual after a long debate I went for a jacket by Rab mountain gear. Super, just my luck its started raining again!!The shop is really well stocked with a huge range in outdoor gear of all prices. Highly recommended, there's got to be something to suit everyone.Rob

Go outdoors at pudsey great place for all your outdoor activities hiking,cycling,camping,fishing or just to get your rain wear and warm clothes for winter prices not too expensive. Don?t forget to get your discount card to get money off.

Today i decided to go and buy some walking boots, i went to your pudsey store 1.10.23. I spoke with the man who was working on that department( never got his name) who was so informative and answered all my questions about walking boots, i really was inpressed with the service i received from him and i will definateley recommend . I bought Berghaus hill walker ||.

Excellent store. Massive so you can see lots of the tents up. There?s a huge range of things, walking, cycling, fishing and plenty in between. Staff are knowledgable and helpful. They will also price match if you find the same time online cheaper but not against Amazon as they are not VAT registered.

Called in on Friday seved by Harry who was was very helpful, and got what we wanted. And having the discount card really helps these days. All staff are really helpful and have time for the customers.

Large selection of camping /caravaning / fishing / walking / cycling / climbing equipment. There was a guy there that looked like he was custom building bikes.##Note## prices on the pegs are 'members prices'. £5 for a year membership & associated junk mail. Otherwise double the price!#disability, easy parking with a good number of blue badge parking spot. Not checked for toilet availability.
