The lady who served me was very welcoming ,gave me a lovely Americano & bottle of water. I have relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis and I needed the toilet . She could see I was in distress but she was very courteous and displayed a lot of empathy . Thank you ? obviously I paid for my drinks but the reason for the review is how polite and supportive she was

Paid 8 pounds for a coffee and a milkshake. Wouldn?t usually bother me but it was obvious that they were both poor quality. Milkshake was thin and tasted of nesqik and the iced coffee was warm, with poor quality espresso, likely not made from a machine. Don?t reccomend

Came here a while ago and refuse to go back. I have no idea how people are praising the customer service when it is so blatantly non existent. Maybe the owner is just racist or just wants to rip off students who clearly don't want to make a fuss. Charged me and my friend extra *without* telling us the price changes which also weren't mentioned on the menu. When I was here with my friend we wanted to find a nice quiet cafe to study in for our exams but all through the experience the owner kept asking us if we were going to buy anything else to the point that it felt like he just didn't want us there even though there was only 2 other customers in the cafe. Absolutely terrible. If you want a good cafe in Pudsey I'd recommend Millie's Cafe which is just down the road. Much better customer service and experience there. Will never go back to Cafe Rain.

The coffee is machine made so it's just ok. The breakfast is also average. The service is fine but it's cash payments only so you have to go to the ATM across the road to get cash. But the décor is great with lots of stuff to look at and enjoy. It's a peaceful atmosphere. The place is not pet friendly.

Looking for a place to read my book and enjoy the atmosphere, so peaceful, prompt service and great just to stop and take life in. Decorations remind me of my grandmother house, so felt at home and my sandwich was lovely,generous size like the ones we used to get at school in the 80s made in lovely wholesome bread and plenty of filling. Needed cheering up today, this is definitely the place to come especially when you need healing. Modest sweet little place but definitely full of heart

A small marketplace cafe serving food and drink.
Plus, there are lots of homemade cakes that look delicious.
I only had coffee today but have eaten there in the past.
It's all okay.

Good breakfast and coffee, a little expensive though. Nice clean place with good friendly service. Has a decent selection of cakes erc. Cash only!
