Collected a prescription for a family member today, to receive a very abrupt and rude service from one member of staff in there. Her tone of voice was also noticeable when she responded to people infront of me.
Another staff member spoke to me about some complications regarding the prescription and the rude staff member was equally abrupt towards her colleague.
This is not an appropriate response to be giving the public and if she's not happy in her work perhaps it's time to pack up ? ?

Nobody ever answers the phone!

Terrible service. It is another time I have problem with a prescription. Nobody answers calls. Sent me with a prescription to other pharmacy but did not release the prescription. Waste of time. I would give zero stars if possible

Poor opening hours and no longer a good pharmacy. Always something wrong with prescriptions. Staff forgetful and leave the phone ringing. Has now become a monthly occurrence where urgent medication is not ordered in stock nor an alternative requested from the Drs resulting in no medication and needing to call 111 and ringing round other pharmacies to try source medication last minute. Do not recommend to anybody who relies on emergency medication.

There was confusion with my prescription but it wasn't their fault. The staff are helpful and friendly but not always organised.

Appalling opening hrs for a boots chemist Mon -Fri 9am- 6pm only. What are working people supposed to do. Chemist meets the needs of their staff not the customers or local community.

This pharmacy is absolutely appalling. They never answer the phone, when you go to the pharmacy they have you waiting around for ages. There?s always some sort of problem with the prescriptions. Appalling pharmacy.
