Fantastic service from Martin! After moving into our newly renovated home we noticed a pest issue. We spoke to Martin and he quickly came out to help us. After 2 visits and some valuable advice we managed to sort the problem. Would definitely recommend Landguard ?

Martin was a really pleasant person to deal with. He made me feel very reassured, was very responsive to calls/messages and very knowledgeable. From the start to finish I found Martin to be professional and extremely knowledgeable to achieve success in the eviction of the squirrel ?? squatters in my loft! Many thanks to Lucy from Landguard and to Floyd the bed bug sniffer dog. Lucy was fast to respond and was able to organise an inspection the next day. I suspected that there might be a problem with bed bugs but needed confirmation before contacting Leeds City Council. Lucy was able to bring the sniffer dog "Floyd" who was able to confirm and pinpoint the location of a bed bug infection. It was great to get an accurate diagnosis and absolutely fascinating to see how Floyd worked.Service: Home inspection

I contacted Lucy about a potential bed bug problem. She was very professional and helpful throughout - reviewing my situation and photos, engaging with other services were helpful and working with me to solve the problem. Outstanding service from Martin. We discovered a wasp nest the day before roofers were due to start work on our house, called Martin and expressed the urgency of the situation . He arrived within an hour dealt with the nest and as he expected , 4 hours later the nest was all quiet! Fantastic friendly, effective service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend?..A**
