I was in the area for work and found this gym.A good free entrance for first time use.The gym itself was lacking slightly I felt.Dimly lit as well with a strange smell.It looked like there were separate studios for classes. There were some good techno gym spin bikes I found.But the overall gym looked like it could have a spruce up and some new equipment and plates added

The staff are very lovely and friendly and the gym is decent, but its overcrowded. My main issue is that there's a million random machines no one ever uses, but only one bench and only two squat racks.

Good place to train everything you need friendly staff if you don't like busy gyms avoid it at 5.30/7.30pm. Well worth the membership

Brilliant staff - very friendly and so helpfulLots of equipment which is ace and nice changin rooms. Friendly people that are coming here.Only downside are the air cons are never on / never on full blast which if you?re training it gets very frustrating especially nearer the treadmills etc. I get some may feel cold near reception Area/ seating areas but for people swearing their bits off it?s too much. It?s feels cool when you go in but when you are under the air cons you realise they are hardly on/ barley can feel them. This is a let down for the gym. This is even onthe changin rooms which gets very warm and humid when getting changed.Not keen on the new small Matts either - the older ones that were longer and wider were better and had better padding than the new ones.

This was my first time in the gym, I usually train at home. My wife is gym vet so i based this review mainly on her opinion.+ lots of different equipment+ friendly atmosphere and nice changing rooms- a little bit too crowded
