Absolutely scandalous bought a full kitchen from here spent thousands tried returning one of the units as it wasn?t needed wouldn?t accept it back because box had been opened manger who I was speaking to was so unprofessional didn?t even want to try sort the situation out!

It's OK not a lot of choice though on certain products though you are very limited staff are a bit miserable on the tills and not very helpful.

I came to store today to pick up 14 bags of top soil. The member of staff which assisted me was so helpful, she helped fill my trolley before pushing it to my car for me so that I could walk with my 4 year old. The lady had short light brown hair and glasses. Thank you for being so helpful today.
