Contacted katie at the tui pontefract store to arrange a holiday. We gave her a few specifications of what we wanted, where we wanted, area, star rating and what we like from our holidays. Katie gave us a very good selection of holidays and has found us the perfect hotel to celebrate our 40th birthdays in. She made every step so easy and no stress whatsoever. Katie has given us so much information and guidance to make the holiday completely stress free and made sure we have the perfect holiday for us. She was so friendly, approachable and professional in every way. We can't wait to go now and would not ever book with anyone else! Massive thank you Katie, would highly recommend you ti everyone

We recently booked a holiday at Tui Pontefract, Katie dealt with us, she was very helpful and friendly and helped us to book the mobility scooter service. We often use Pontefract Tui and find them to be very helpful.

We have always booked our holidays through tui pontefract for as long as I can remember. The staff are always so polite and helpful, and considarate to our needs (even though we tend to go to the same destination every year). We've had a few times where our seats have been changed and we've obviously needed a refund and they have sorted this immediately. All in all I would definitely recommend booking here.

We always book our holidays at the pontefract branch. The ladies are so lovely and always make us feel welcome, they also take time to talk to our little ones if weve had them with us at the time of booking. Fab customer service and always help us find the right deal for our holidays.

Great service from Kim when I rang with a query I had regarding booking using the blue light discount. She was very friendly and helpful. Made the booking there and then. Everything came through on email as promised and she has responded promptly with a question I had. So excited to be going to the Maldives.

Fantastic service from Claire and the Team, we has an issue with regards to the view from our hotel room which was dealt with promptly upon our return by the store team, resulting in some reimbursement.Thank you, 5* service.

I have used Tui in Pontefract for years and have alway had great service from the store and from Janine who we generally speak to.I have always found them knowledgeable and efficient and Janine really helped us recently when we had to rapidly rebook our holiday as it had sadly been affected by the fires in Rhodes.

Was absolutely thrilled with the service I received.Not travelled for many years and wanting to holiday with someone with a disability was not a problem for Sue. She went above and beyond finding out the essential information we required. Nothing was too much trouble.Highly recommend.

Just booked our holiday with Katie. She is absolutely lovely and so helpful. This is going to be our first holiday abroad without our children....they are both grown up now....she helped us find a quiet destination and location. We will definitely be going in store to book again. For us it was much easier and stress free compared to booking online :)

Just booked a holiday on TUI's website, and when a technical difficulty arose I called this store for help. Katie came to the rescue. She went our of her way to make sure that all details of our booking were accurate and to request a baby cot in our stay on our behalf. I see myself using calling again for another holiday, and would recommend them.

Was having problems with TUI's online booking system not recognising a personal holiday voucher code. Rang their main telephone contact centre which was busy but after a while the system diverted my call to the Pontefract shop and I am very pleased it did so. Spoke to a very pleasant and helpful lady called Katie. She could not get the TUI system to accept the voucher code either but spent ages finding a workaround solution to get me the holiday I was trying to book at the same online price and applying a promotion discount equivalent to the £500 voucher value. Top class service.
