Ok I no it's on a motorway but it don't stop the staff cleaning the bath out. It had 2 pubic hairs in it ???? and it looked like the bed had been layed on probably the room the staff use to kip in was it was on ground floor next to reception room 101 unfortunately my bat had died and was dead beat so I didn't take photos

Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Windows only open an inch or 2, not ideal in August heat. Will return.

Great place for overnight stop on way to holiday destination. Petrol station just outside with shop and kfc and burger right outside too

I have stayed here several times when working in the Leeds area. Lots of free parking and a good small breakfast at a reasonable price.

Reception staff were helpful and friendly.
Rooms are clean and functional, just dropped off one star due to the creaky floor boards!!
Location was just off A1/M62, so perfect to continue our travels.

Had a wonderful stay especially the staff who were superb. I have to give special praise to Monika who was super friendly, extremely helpful and always with a smile. Monika deserves a big pay rise for her wonderful service ?
