Freezer temperatures need to be monitored and when stocking frozen products need to be a time limit especially in hot weather. I appreciate that some of the freezers are down at the moment but it?s been an on going issue that they start defrosting for no reason and stock aren?t being replaced therefore being refrozen after being defrosted which affects the food. Bought a tub of ice cream tonight, driven a 2 min drive home and opened straight away and this was the ice cream. It has clearly been defrosted and then refrozen and freezer burnt. Which of course has made it inedible. It may only be ice cream to some however this is a health hazard as it can make someone really poorly. I know I am not the first person to complain about the freezers defrosting and unfortunately I won?t be the last. P.S- The ice cream is supposed to be a white colour and the cookie pieces spread out within, looks like it?s melted and then been tipped upside down and all the pieces of cookie have gone to the top of the tub and then frozen.

Please please beware of Tesco's car park money making scam I took my 86 year old terminal Ill dad to Tesco's Hemsworth for his bit of shopping and the car park was full so to save him walking too far I parked in mother and baby car space for twenty minutes ( there was plenty more mother and baby spaces available) he's worked all his life as a coal miner and he's way too proud to apply for a blue parking permit - the thanks I received from Tesco's was a £70 parking fine neither me or my dad will ever enter a Tesco's store again- shame on you Tesco

Men's cubicle toilet door had bits broken off so people can see you from outside. Inside the cubicle the toilet paper dispenser was broken off the wall with the toilet paper itself laid on the back of the toilet seat (so unusable). Several areas of the roof had tiles missing and the soap dispenser had a broken lid. The floor had left over pieces of toilet tissue on it. I've seen abandoned buildings in better condition than this
Popped in at 1:20 p.m. on a Friday to buy a sandwich lunch deal. There was literally only one sandwich left to choose from with all the shelves completely bare. I walked out without buying anything.
Not good enough Tesco. Not good enough.

This is my local store and its a great store in my opinion. I just wish the security were more than just cardboard cut outs. 10 young teens (if that) sat in the entrance on the products being sold om their mobile phone, vaping and just generally dossing about. What is wrong with people, it's not a youth club. I made a point of it to staff and they said 'what can we do?' It's private property and the security and staff have all the power to move them off and out of the way of the public customers but choose not to. Noone wants to say anything from fear of kids, it's ridiculous really. Show the customers some care and respect and get a back bone and shift these kids on. Go home if your cold!
