Worst customer service.went there at 9:40 pm.for.coffee and use toilet. Three staff are talking to each other and said coffee machine is shut..it's happened for.the 3rd time in a row. Also toilet is.broken however there is no sign for out of order..Just appalling.mate put a sign up that you don't serve coffee after 9:30!

Lovely fresh food, with loads of choice. Staff here are really helpful. Very quiet as we entered at 12:10 but soon got busy.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread is very good.

Came in at 8:48pm ish (16.05.2024) Not even 10 minutes before closing time and received nothing but bad attitude from them. Tried to be friendly with the lass at the counter by saying that I was sorry I came in 10 minutes before closing time and got completely ignored by her. It took literally 30 seconds to make my 6inch sub and just chucked it on the counter without a bag or napkins. Never felt as awkward in my life. I?ve never had service like this before. Sandwhich tasted stale as well. Very different from what it is usually like as I always get the same thing

So when they say "create your own sandwhich" they basically mean if you want something from the menu example Tex Mex you can have that but you are not allowed to add anything else onto it.. so I thought I will just create my own from scratch but have the main things of a Tex Mex but with my own salad options.. nope! They would not allow this and I ended up with a Tex Mex with nothing I actually wanted on it from the veg part.

The drinks machine has not been cleaned in for ever as the drink spat out greeny brown gunky bits with the juice.I used to be able to have any salad I wanted with any sub I chose, but they say it's a set sub.
