Couldn't be more unhelpful. Can never get an appointment after months of trying. Even went with a private GP who then advised they should be able to fill out some forms which takes 2 minutes without an appointment. Called Stuart Road and they said they wont do this, which the private gp is shocked at. Going private instead. My tax money at work here. ?

Would give zero !!The only best ppl are some of the nurses that been there years and couple of the clinicians including Ryan West! He is amazing and a credit to the place! So caring and understanding and really goes to the next level to help! Love Dr West! Thank u for the care and compassion you gave repeatedly when I came. Can?t say much for new receptionists ! Bad attitude and some look like they don?t wanna be there to be there and we are inconveniencing them? the older of the lot of them is nice but the rest the younger ones just not nice

Impossible to get an appointment and the staff don?t seem to care. When you?re struggling its nice to be able to get an appointment and speak to someone with a caring attitude!

Don?t even deserve one star.Very unhelpful and full of their own importance today when I called to arrange for my dad to see a GP.Hospital asked me to take dad to the GP and they refused to see him saying he had to go back to the hospital. Not going into full details but absolutely no common sense at play here not any compassion.Zero tolerance works both ways. Not putting up with your BS.

I cannot get an answer from them ever when anything goes wrong they respond with waiting on whatever is relatable, today they've had my prescription for ten days and still not signed and this is my second day without... this surgery needs to start to communicate better about there tasks of work and not there personal lifes as I have over heard on several occasions

Been with this doctors years but god has it gone downhill I haven?t got to see a doctor since well before covid I always get passed to the practice nurse and usually the one with the attitude I could name but I?m sure ppl will know which one I mean ? the last twice I?ve had to speak to her she?s been so rude and horrible I?ve ended up in bed with my mh for 3 days at a time ?she should of been a prison officer it would of suited her better? then there?s the lady who does prescriptions I think she must sit there and count every dose because my prescriptions fell all on the same day every month not now I?ve 3 different dates she really makes me feel like not ordering them anymore so if your looking for a new surgery I wouldn?t recommend this one at all ? But I have one positive thing to say after visiting for a practice nurse appointment last week I met the new male practice nurse I think his name is Ryan what a lovely helpful caring young man he is he will be the only one I see from now on

We've had our ups and downs with the surgery but 9/10 times I've needed an appointment for my son they've given us a same day appointment even when I've phoned later than 8am on a Monday! Ryan West one of the ACP/ANP's is a credit to the surgery for sure. Saw Dr Higgins who made me feel stupid for even making an appointment. Can be hard work with the receptionists at times especially the male one, end up having to repeat myself a few times and just get 'I hear what you're saying' and a half arsed attempt at fixing the problem. The surgery is definitely improving slowly.

STAY AWAY. GO ELSEWHERE. I used to rave about this practice but now? There is only 1 GP on and other nurse practitioners. Getting an appointment by calling at 8am is ridiculous. They've all gone by the time you get through. The gp has knocked my ex partners meds down from 2..4 times a day to 1 twice a day. He's in absolute agony yet darent call them incase they are stopped altogether. My son the same.!! After covid is hard enough but now it's affecting his job. Pre covid I loved the place. Dr Taylor and Dr Qazi went then one of the loveliest employees left Sue...she would go above and beyond for you!. and it's all gone to pot. Janine on the prescription line is so lovely...such a nice lady. Sadly the place needs closing.! I don't grumble about many things but the place is disgraceful. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I wouldn't give any stars but had to!. Going to the ombudsman it's got that bad as they don't reply to complaints either!. UPDATE. My ex partners meds stopped as bcas he couldnt get the time off for a scan! Hes already lost wages going back and forth. My sons...not! We both take the same so I'm not going to see my son in discomfort! He darent ring up for a sick note due to the reception he may get. Surely a surgery initially in 'Special measures' should be working hard to solidify patients confidence in them...not the opposite!

Always get the help I need , ok have to be patient wait in line when calling but worth it , reception pleasant and helpful clinicians also , after all the NHS is a privilege not a right thank you .

Absolutely ridiculous,ring at 8am on a morning for them to say all appointments have gone call back at 12,call back at 12 all appointments have gone,rude receptionists,no wonder it's been voted the worst doctors in yorkshire.

Waited 40 minutes over the appointment time rfor the duty doctor to tell me the obvious. He had no knowledge of what i was there for. Will be seeking a second opinion.

I think is disgusting trying to get through to this surgery. They tell you to ring between 8-12pm and the 12pm onwards, when you do ring your in waiting line, when you finally do get through all they say you will have to ring tomorrow between these times there?s no appointments left it?s a joke. Before COVID they were great but since then they have gone down hill.

Would give zero stars if I could, this is the worst doctors I've been to in my entire life, their level of service is disgusting and they really don't care about their patients at all. They say you can only phone at 8am for appointments but they have their phone lines set to just give you an engaged tone if there's more than about 5 people waiting to get through, so you just get cut off. So everyone is told to phone at the same time despite them knowing it will mean people can't get through, so it's impossible to get an appointment.

It?s actually been a solid doctors throughout my life and I feel really comfortable here. You may think waiting times can be bad but having had experience with other doctors who are all struggling it?s really quite good. Very helpful and welcoming reception staff.

I've used Stuart Road surgery for over 25 years and I've all wase got on with all the doctor's and staff. I've recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer thanks to my doctor's for sent me for tests. I love my doctors and staff. 5 ? treatment. Good luck for the future.
