I moved out of a rented property in chesterfield in November and having been told by other staff at a different branch I would recieve my bond back. I am currently dealing with an end of tenancy matter with Reeds and Rains. I wish to state a very impressive note on Georgina Cole, Property Manager at Pontefract for her excellent support for sorting out my matter. I had a very serious concern over this particular matter, pertaining to end of tenancy, however, Georgina kindly appeared and she is negotiating this matter with the company, keeping me in very comfortable state. I feel, it?s a blessing for the company to have such a team member who is able to work upto the standard in order to meet the customer?s best satisfaction.

I recently bought a property through Reeds Rains in Pontefract and cannot praise them highly enough. The process from start to finish was straightforward and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to chase up solicitors and always in touch with any information that I needed or just to update me.A special mention to Fiona and Ash who made the buying process so easy. Thank you :)

Thank you Ash and the rest of the team - I think we spoke to nearly everyone at some point, as our sale to completion took a long time due to the length of the chain and some hiccups along the way. We had thought about using an online only estate agent, however we are SO glad we didn't, as there were times when we just needed to pop in to speak to someone in person and Ash and her colleagues were always there with empathy and undersranding, as well as the knowledge and expertise to move the sale along. Thank you ?
