I visited Pets at Home in Pontefract today and just had to say what an amazing team was on duty! Everyone was incredibly helpful and genuinely caring. I came in to buy a cooling vest for my black cocker spaniel, and the staff went above and beyond?helping me find the right size, explaining how it works, and even assisting in putting it on my dog, who really needed to cool down.
We were away from home, and their kindness and support truly made our day. Thank you so much from both of us!

We visited the store today and unfortunately our 15 week old puppy had an accident in the store. It was her first trip there. Just want to give some feedback about Fin. He was brilliant with us and our Labrador puppy. He made me feel at ease and was so friendly, he even cleaned up the mess when I offered to.
He also advised us well about dog crates and ordered this for us online.

DO NOT BUY FISH FROM HERE
Fish are dying in 12-72 hours after purchasing. Not tank issue due to previous fish already in tank being perfectly fine.
Last 3 fish all the same.
Have been advised by actual specialists to avoid as the information provided is company information and not the correct guidelines.
