Came in branch to ask about my savings account as it was due to mature.
I prefer I use nationwide as I?m dyslexic and struggle to read content online.
The lady in branch couldn?t advise me (or couldn?t be bothered to take me through thr options)
Instead said she can give me a sheet with the info- clearly didn?t listen to me when I said I struggle to read content

Came into Pontefract store to discuss my son had been beaten and cards taken ,and in hospital they couldn't be more helpful very thoughtful and kind explained what I needed to do to sort his card out ,so thanks to the two ladies

Queue of 3 people. One person in banking hall informing everyone they were still socially distancing but insisted on getting in your face to tell you that. Only one cashier operating on a Friday dinner time and then the staff member in the banking hall who didn?t have access to a till.
