Do all our shopping at Morrisons but lately at the Pontefract sore you cannot get parked , people are parking in the 2 hr parking bays , a couple of times this last month we?ve had to go els-ware for our shopping , why they stopped redeeming parking charges at the checkout is beyond me , Morrisons your letting your customer's down

As a supermarket it is spacious with a medium product range and has a good store layout. Sometimes they don't have enough checkout staff working to encourage people to use the self service, I find that off putting.
I don't recommend the café. As there can be long waits for food and the food served is sometimes not of good quality.

Always been a great place for your food shopping, fresh daily breads, salads, fish, pies, cooked chicken and hot food, besides the cafe, not cheap, but affordable, great that they give away fruit to children on a regular day to day basis.

I love it here, market street makes such a difference rather than buying pre packed meat. Has everything you could want in a supermarket. The clothing section is great, homeware is extensive and I don't need to visit other shops once I have been here, I can get pretty much everything in 1 shop.

Unfortunately the staff I spoke to for help and advice (at the customer service desk and a supervisor on the shop floor), were totally lacking in customer service skills. They made no attempt to assist me, showing no concern or interest.

Parking getting out of hand people Parking and going into town to work not shopping needs to be back to pay and display or anpr with 2 hour limit and also when in cafe area all you can smell is people smoking in door way security don't do anything about it should be no smoking area

Staff always found talking with their colleagues and not helping customers specially after 7.00pm. Manager is very very rude as well
