Unfortunately not 5 stars this time. It?s very rare I go into the restaurant I tend to go through the drive through. However on many occasions I?m asked to park up and someone would bring me my order. The order is often wrong, missing parts or cold which is not acceptable.

Don?t bother ordering, they don?t even accept them and delay the order until way after closing! In the space of 20 mins my order went from 28 mins then 48.

The food I received was very cold. When I asked about it, they agreed to provide me with freshly made food. However, approximately 20 minutes later, I received two cold chicken wraps again.

Went through the drive through, ordered after a couple minutes. Friendly staff, paid for my food then had to wait a few minutes, at the second collection window for the food to arrive

Ordered food and ice creams . Had to wait in bay.10 mins later food comes wasn't warm ice cream melted .

Medioca, dropped In after a night shift. Usually not bad at 6am but this time it was crap , luke warm and tasteless. Puts me off going again after work.

I?m not very often at mc however today I?ve decided to order food from them. The food came very quickly. However arrived and I had feeling it?s something wrong, after a bite of chicken mayo I felt that?s not right, couldn?t eat wrap as tasted as very old product used, couldn?t taste tomato more like wine taste, chips been mega cold and looked very old. My little one had fish finger and pineapple, it?s seemed ok, but he vomited a lot after couple of hours. I?ve ended with nausea on beginning but unfortunately ended on toilet as well. That?s not right that you meee to be worry about food even if it?s fast food, not for child?s. I?m hoping will received an email quickly back from you, as I want to report that further.

They forget my food all the time. I never get the sauces I ask for or none at all. Also my chips are never warm, always cold and never salty. They also mess up my burgers and hen they cannot be bothered to melt the cheese.
