Usually very happy with service here however today went in for infills and was asked if I wanted them cutting down and I said a little bit but he?s cut them right back and almost have no length at all. Asked it if was ok and I said no not really there too short to which he replied they will grow back!! Then spoke to colleagues presumably about my complaint and we?re laughing about it I guess!! Asked at dnd if it was ok to which I said not really there far too short he told me not my problem they will grow back and laughed so I?ve left very unhappy today £33 lighter and not got what I asked for very disappointed

Showed a picture from Pinterest of a girl with nude painted and told them not to be to long or bad as I go to school. I couldn?t understand them and they cut my natural nails so short put on thick lumpy pink acrylic and they looks nothing like the picture but I felt so akward so just let them finish and payed £30. Had to go back to get them off the metal bowl kept burning skin and they used the nail filer very ruffly and it kept getting my skin my cuticles so disgusting and now my nails are extremely short they did give me £20 back though. Couldn?t understand what they where saying and they could barely speak English and had thick accents so I didn?t know what they where saying. Deffo not going backServices: Synthetic nail removal

Went here as I wanted some acrylic nails removing a bit ago and they were really rough and rude. They damaged my nails and the technician actually slammed my hand down at one point and hurt my wrist. I would never ever return. Loads better places in pontefract and the surrounding areas!Service: Nail designs

Always happy with service and acrylic nails ask for. Price list could be more fixed so customers know how much they will be paying. Always greeted when you enter the shop.

Go every 3 weeks not had any problems with the salon.prices are reasonable and in line with other places.

2 people working. Shop full. Only 1 person on half the time. Sat in there for 2 hours with half nails done. Never go again

I'm just outrageous. 25 pound's for nothing. Looks like the kid from school was making it! And extra charges for different colors. Was agreed on 17 pounds. Don't waste your time and especially don't waste your money it's not worth it.Service: Manicure

Been going for about a year, at first they did a top class job, then started going down hill,the female wasn't too good, been today and noticed they had new start apart for one, had my nails done and was really happy with results, lets hope it stays that way
