Ryan was very professional and helpful when I phoned to make a same day appointment for a flat tyre caused by a nasty screw. He managed my expectations that I may have to wait for a gap, which I expected. Fortunately Ryan had availability when G arrived and repaired my 3 month young tyre, saving me the cost of a new tyre which other places would have tried to get away. Jordan and Marty both managed to fit me straight away and repaired it, saved me the cost of a new tyre. The service was just as good 3 months ago when I needed new tyres. Professionally, efficient and friendly team. Really appreciate you getting me back on the road today Ryan, thank you.

I booked my car in for an alignment check with the intention of diagnosing and correcting vibration at motorway speeds. Whilst booking my appointment, I gave the registration of the vehicle and Kwik Fit displayed the make and model on the booking portal (meaning they were well aware of the vehicle I was booking in). Upon arrival, I was told my car (Nissan navara, unmodified so standard height) was too tall for their facilities to accommodate and so was turned away. I then asked for at least a wheel balance to see if that could help my situation, but was told they were busy for the rest of the afternoon and would need to leave the car for several hours. Keep in mind that I actually had an appointment, so they were supposed to be ?busy? dealing with me. Your mileage may vary, some people report a good experience, I ended up with a wasted trip and won?t be returning.

Arrived today at 9:23am for a 9:15am MOT. I called the branch 4 times to say am stuck at some roadworks No answer. When I arrived I was informed that the car after me had been started on and I would take that slot, I agreed that was fine, only to be then told it was going to take 4 hours on from this I was made to feel stupid in the customer service area. Very unhelpful! The waiting room is also disgusting. A customer in the waiting room stated the phone had been ringing and they had been ignoring the phone. Following this I rang Doncaster branch who stated that you were just being awkward and difficult, 8 mins doesn?t mean hours for anything. They apologised on your behalf and booked me in another date. Also previous to this I had recently had replacement tyres again, staff were rude and ignorant. I get the feeling the branch don?t like females! God forbid we have women drivers!

Had my mot done here in January. Sadly the car failed and was told they actually couldn't fit me in for repair work (a suspension control arm which is a half hour job) for nearly 2 months meaning I wouldn't be eligible for the free retest. So I had to pay for my mot twice once I'd sorted the work (I went else where for retest) I wouldn't risk using them if you need your car to get you to work each day as this would leave you suddenly without a car
I also had 2 advisories for corrosion, grease or other substance on the break lines. I was under the car myself, all 4 wheels off and could not find a speck of anything on any lines under the car or at each wheel. Defeated I threw the car in for MOT at a different garage and nothing was noted about the break lines

Jack was very helpful and was able to offer a solution to my air pressure loss of my tyre.
Jack ordered the best tyre with a discount and got it on the same day delivery. Everyone at Kwik Fit Pontefract work so hard-it is a busy garage with customers pouring in and the phone ringing-Jack worked really hard and has a lovely manner and is professional with customers. I would highly recommend this garage.

I had a flat tyre due to a big nail/screw in the middle and Jordan and Marty both managed to fit me straight away and repaired it, saved me a fortune considering it was a month old tyre!
