Only 1 person serving with a queue that was out the door. 3 others in the back which could have been serving to bring the queue down.

Only 1 person serving a queue that went out of the door and down the street. 3 more could be seen in the back and the 1 person serving acted like there was all the time in the world , no urgency at all. This is always the case in this branch , this store could make so much more money if they moved faster.

Order a bacon and egg roll, paid for that order. No egg in it, didn?t think that was a difficult order to remember for 30 seconds. Couldn?t be bothered to go back and complain.

Got to store within 15-20 minutes of opening. Flat cold stake bake. You know dnt usually go Gregg's for this reason. Now I'll never step foot in one again. £2 to put in the bin. Never again.

Worst experience that I ever had is at this Greggs shop. Don?t you ever come again. Staff looks at you like you are invisible. The food is not fresh at all. The sandwiches were also expired and please don?t order sossage rolls because in mine I found a bug.

This shop is a busy shop, however, staff are always polite and friendly, staff even have a laugh with regular customers and new customers too, food is always delicious and the shop is always clean and tidy.
I would happily recommend Greggs to anyone.

Long queues all the time now,. Rarely have much choice left when you do get to the front
And always seem to prefer to put delivery orders before Customer's in-store so just because your at the front of the queue doesn't mean either member of staff will serve you as they will more than likely be packing delivery orders.
Two weeks back,Waited for fifteen minutes behind 4 other people at 10:30 on a Sunday morning and the queue never moved
Delivery orders were packed up ready for collection though
