These people deserve more than 5 stars as we were given 6 star service. We had our hallway done with Amtico flooring, stair carpet and bedroom carpet done around the same time and we are over the moon with the finished products. Thanks to you all for your patience, professional and friendly service from start to finish. The quality of work and customer focus you provide is amazing, we cannot recommend you enough and would never go anywhere else for any future flooring requirements.

Absolutely a lovely company from the sales to the work men.My only concern with the quote which was a rush job and he did not recognise certain cavities in my floor. Which I do not believe when my grandson had problems crawling over the cavities, which left me with a heavy extra bill on top on the original.

We recently paid £2000 to have a wooden floor fit in a room about 5×4. The fitters took a day and a half to fit it due to nipping out and late starts. We had some issues with the floor and when someone finally came out they were very rude and spoke to us as if we were children. It was clear that they we're not interested and when we pointed out a gap in the wood he said it was an "optical illusion" .we pointed out that the skirting board had suddenly popped away from the wall so he got a crow bar and pulled it off damaging the wall. His attitude was appalling and I felt abused in my own home. We have done the repairs ourselves as we didn't want him back . Will not be buying from them again! !!.
