Terrible estate agent. We bought a house through them and just after we moved in the alarm started going off. I have an autistic daughter who is very sound sensitive so it was a nightmare. We were not given a code for the alarm. I rang Chris multiple times but was ignored or my calls were cancelled. He then turned off his phone and didn?t reply. This was not the only thing either. Avoid this place

Couldn't recommend more highly. The service was prompt when moving into our property 8 months ago. Sophie was brilliant every step of the way and really informative. Whilst living there we have had a few minor repairs, due to wear and tear and general building maintenance which has all been completed quickly. 10/10

Have been very helpful while selling the property. Always kept me up to date with every stage of sale, and I could always reach them with no issues. In particular Jasmin has been a pleasure to deal with, and if I?ll need any help with selling or buying a property I will definitely call her up :)

Never been so insulted in my life. I casually mentioned that I was moving into the area for a new appointment. Despite having a monthly income of nearly 7 times the rental price, able to provide references and financial standing I was still asked to provide a home owner guarantee. Thoroughly disgusted.

Really disappointed in their service. I contacted as a landlord with a property to let out as they had an identical property up and claimed they had a list of interested applicants that would be very interested in mine.They said they couldn't deal with my query immediately but that someone would call me first thing Monday. I never heard from them.If they treat prospective tenants in the same way I think the chances are you'd lose decent applicants just though poor communication. Would not trust these guys to pass the right messages on at the right point in time. (Basically their main job)

We got our house through Crown Estate, I didn't exactly like the initial process as they went above and beyond asking for documents I didn't think were necessary. But in all of these I love the staff that handle our rental process, Jasmine. A very sweet and polite lady, was so helpful from start to finish. Thank you Jasmine for making the entire process as pleasant as possible.
