I was staying next door at the Premier Inn for 5 days for work and had meals included. Every meal was very poor, Really bad even for a Brewers Fayre, I've used many of them! The burger was acceptable but the other meals were rubbish. 30 minute wait for desert when empty. My 3 work colleagues were similarly disappointed. The older lady with the black curly hair on the till needs another job as she clearly doesn't want to work in the place, rude, dismissive and all round glum! The younger girls serving were all pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast selection was just okay and no more.

Been here for breakfast and dinner always good hot food, staff are very friendly. Kids love the pancakes and Nutella on a morning.

Very quiet when we visited for lunch, at busy times I imagine the atmosphere would be great, especially when showing football!!

Lovely cheap food. Man that greeted and took payment gave 5 star service ? park was closed which we went there for. Shame we got told by two rude women who worked there. Could have explained in a nicer manner. Won't be going again felt uncomfortable !

Absolutely unbeaten for value, £5 for a large meal, is unbelievable value. Good service but you have to order at the bar. Food was nice.

Not a pleasant place to come for food. The staff were rude and not very helpful. My father is blind and my mother in law is mobility impaired, the staff didn't care and tried seating us in a terrible spot for both of them, we fought back and just grabbed a table. They had run out of a lot of food but didn't notify us until we questioned why our meals had taken over an hour to get served. The food was unpleasant, when it did finally arrive. I'd suggest going elsewhere, but if you're staying at the attached premier inn hotel your choices are very limited.

The First Lady who served us, really was not capable, but as soon as I complained, the manager took over and I was very impressed by her professionalism. Thank you.

Dropped in for breakfast with my friend.
Booked on line . On arrival seated quickly. Staff polite and chatty.
Buffet breakfast cereal toast bacon sausages all the normal items.
asked for poached eggs quick to the table.
Coffee machine needs a service. latte not hot.
This is our second visit 9am , 6th Feb ,place quiet, food not very hot .
Tables cleaned quickly

Seriously if the management have an attitude because I wanted a hot chocolate instead of a cold one. There is something wrong here. Tried to tell me my hot chocolate was hot and there was nothing wrong with it.

Been and had festive lunch today the only thing that was good was the soup it took 50mins for our meal to come after ordering and it was almost cold the roasters were crozzled very disappointing for the money will think twice before going again

Went tonight menu deceiving. Says 2 course meal but then if you want steak it's extra. Starter was OK not the best I've had. Asked for steak meduim to well done. Came out running with blood. No peas on the plate onion rings very greasy chips not home cooked frozen ones. Manger stated he use to be a chef and they where meduim to well down steaks. (The steak was still mooing) We own 3 pubs ourselves. And would never treat a customer like he did. Chef not a chance the only thing he did in the kitchen was eat the food.
