Visited at 8.30 on a Friday night but no excuse for bad service.
Sarah on tills must have had a bad day. Was greeted with .... Mmm hmm
Was told the cost... No please or thank you. Just shoved the receipt in my hand. Shocker really.

They need to make sure staff know rules about pups as asked if we could fetch my pup in if hes sat in a trolly was told yes by 1 staff member as walking in carrying my pup another staff member told me we couldn't come in but the way she spoke to me was disgusting she could do with a few lessons on how to speak to customers I shall not be using bnms again plus will be telling all my family friends and pub customers about my experience today

B and M stores general store selling a large range of goods from food to DIY, household goods and some clothes and alcohol. Garden center more focused on garden items such as fencing, gravel, garden decorations and few poorly kept flowers and shrubs.
