We bought a Samsung microwave from here 5 months ago that has failed. They delivered it too. They don't want to help, brushed US off onto Samsung to sort things. Can you imagine how hard that is? £110 out of pocket. Thank you Argos, never use you again.

On Saturday I went to Argos for a couple of things one of which I had to take it back today and I was served by Claire the lovely manager in there and she helped me on Saturday and Friday. I feel safe in there as I know there?s people who look out for me

Hubby called to return a TV. Due to his working hours it was close to the store closing time but the member of staff who dealt with him was very helpful and made the experience simple and pleasant despite it being very close to her finishing for the day. So a special nod of recognition goes to Leanne for her excellent service.

Parking is the first problem. Second problem is the staff and management. This store repeatedly tells you items are in stock to order now and collect right away but then when you order and pay, you receive an email saying collection in a few days. If you ask for a refund they keep your money for 7 days. Now imagine how much money these guys are making on a daily basis in interest alone. This store might hold the value of orders of around £500 per day which doesn?t sound much but just think of how many stores nationwide they have. Refusing to refund customers on the day and holding that money until they can be arsed to refund you. Anyway the staff are incompetent and do not know how to manage and maintain systems, they cannot accurately manage the stock they have and do not know when to order additional stock back in. If I was the manager I?d probably try my hand at cleaning the place and not running it.

Shop floor empty for 5 minutes when arrived to collect, all down the alley smoking.
Then told to go round to the back door to collect item and would only be 2 minutes.....25 minutes later and I'm still waiting at the back door. Miserable set of staff!

What an absolute shambles of a collection process.. u order something and then get told to collect it at the back door but u 1st have to go round the front for them to use a hand held pda thing to collect it. then go back to the back door to collect it...here's and idea have a pda hand held device at the back door u muppets and smile a bit more.. if u don't like the job get a better one

You place orders online like they want then when you get there
Get told systems are down again you cant collect it
And even when you ask if they cant just go get your item you paid for showing email etc,get told well weve got 4 stack rooms to check for it so it's not easy
1.why arnt your stock rooms tidy and labels with the items that are in there eg TVs, towels etc in bays
2. theres 5 of you stood around doing nothing so I'm sure some of you could do some work

I bought a pushchair for my granddaughter. The young lady that served me I think was called Roma was extremely helpful and put the pushchair together for me and disposed of all the packaging. What a lovely helpful staff member
