Failed to note anywhere on the report that a load bearing wall had been removed without support in the kitchen, requiring thousands in building work to rectify. Absolute zero. Skanked me out of £400 for a property valuation that he didn't do. Promised it by end of week. Then following week. Six weeks later I had to get someone else in. Con man.
