Waitrose is a brilliant shop. The staff were ever do helpful. I needed a bath loofah, but they did not have one. They then asked around and worked out another shop, in the village of otley, would have what I needed.

Super-friendly staff, a joy to visit, and the food is always amazing.
The shelf and aisle layout are a bit idiosyncratic...clingfilm next to dog food, etc, but ask a staff member and they will direct you!

Not a massive Waitrose but has a lot of quality product as you would expect from the John Lewis brand. They have managed to hold onto the cafe. I always pop in for a coffee and a cheeky bacon sandwich.

Just been into the store to buy cod loin with my mum.Debs on the fish counter couldn't do enough for us including going as far to take the fish off the delivery lorry herself. Outstanding customer service. And a real asset to the company.
