Took my wool coat in. The promotion sign on their shop window suggested for a coat like mine, I would pay 10.99. After I was received by a lady working inside, I was asked to pay for 16.99 because she pointed to the "P" sign on my clothes lable and said....It reqired "special dry cleaning." Though a bit shocked by the price, but agreed to pay upfront.Collected my coat the other day, it looked exactly the same. All the fluff, which could be easily removed, was still there. And a couple of mysterious white hair came back with it. The coat smells unclean. The creases near the elbow are still there. Not happy at all.My friend pointed to me "P" simply means dry cleaning. Not Special dry cleaning.Dishonest shop! Avoid!

Left my 3/4 length winter jacket in for cleaning cost £19.00 which I paid upfront ....when I went to collect it I had a look it was not cleaned on a hanger with plastic cover over it ! Was told it had been cleaned when I pointed out all the dirty marks on it also the cuffs girl just apologised and said she had nothing to do with the cleaning so asked to speak to manager..Moses he said it was cleaned by some lady and he would have a look on Monday and re clean it! I said I wasnt happy with it and would like a refund however finally agreed to reclean to be called on Monday to say it was ready! Went to collect it and was in exactly same condition! Moses was again gone and left shop assistant to deal with me who refunded my £19.00.. I am 1000% clear it had not been cleaned at all I took photos in shop in front of assistant 1st time I have used this place and needless to say the last! Why would you try a stunt like that? Moses has a lot to answer for conclusion!!!AVOID THIS PLACE ANY WHERE THAT WOULD LIE AND PRETEND TO CLEAN A ITEM TAKE £19.00 from a customer is a steer clear!!!

I have dealt with this company for many years and I have always received an outstanding service from them. Not only is their cleaning to a high standard but the friendly service we receive from Moses especially is 10 out of 10 and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I took 4 expensive pillows to be dry cleaned. When I collected them one of them had been replaced by another pillow which wasnâ??t mine. They insisted it was even though the pillows I took in were all identical and clearly this one was different and a different brand. I had to take my complaint to the credit card company in the end as they wouldnâ??t engage.

I took my down coat in for a dry clean only to find it can't be! But they gave it a specialist clean instead and waterproofed it for free. Such genuine lovely staff too. I don't live in Otley but travel here especially when I need things dry cleaned. I've had my work suits done and the service is excellent.

Total disgrace, took a suit in to be dry cleaned, they didn't bother to clean the jacket as it was worse than when taking it in. Took it back and low and behold I get a clean jacket second time around, but also charged twice! Avoid!
