Thank you so much Tom and the other young man for returning my shoulder bag. Spent half an hour panicking but my husband and I dashed back to the store and it was returned with a smile and some friendly advice! You are both amazing and yes I can now enjoy my new Regatta jacket along with the other one I bought for winter...both perfect.

What a brilliant shop with friendly & helpful staff , fantastic value for money & they also have a delivery service with a lot of items but not all , but you can reserve & collect , definitely would recommend all day long ?
