I?ve been going to spec savers for at least 15 years.
At my latest visit I was ? happy from going in to coming out.
All the staff were very friendly and polite.
The only thing is there wasn?t anyone to help me choose my glasses as they were all busy but otherwise no problems ??

Massive thank you to the otley brach.
Had a lovley experience this morning.
I was welcomed into the store and instantly felt at ease.
I had my optical appointment with Stephanie who was incredibly thorough when examining my eyes and even did an extra test at the end when I told her I suffer from migraines.
She took her time and was absolutely lovely ??
After my assessment Andrew was incredibly helpful , he even chose my frames for me which I love and I would have never picked up! - I am hopeless I dread picking a new pair and after a while they all look the same when trying them on!
When I posted my new specs on my watts app chat to family and friends, they all preferred the ones he picked ? (I got the buy one get one free)
I phoned the store afterwards to see if I could amended my order and do a Double whammy of his choice! No issues and he changed my order! - He is the Gok of glasses! So a HUGE thank you ?
Thank you for the 5 star ?? treatment!
I?ll definitely be recommending family and friends ?

Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Optician who carried out my eye test was knowledgeable anf professional regarding the effects of my type 1 diabetes on my vision overall.
